Jens has long-standing experience in global and international companies like FAG Kugelfischer, Siemens, British Telecom, Linde and Caverion. In different roles as leader, manager, consultant and program and project manager he always unlocks potential and ensures business success.
His characteristics as a former football player are to be a creative playmaker, a strong work horse and a reliable, precise motor, who is decisive for winning games.
His talents translated into the world of business management are the following main fields of focus: interim management, strategy- and organisational development and leading change and operational excellence.
He uses his inexhaustible methodical expertise and tool know-how for situational problem solving or goal setting for the benefit of customers. He is one of the first Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, trainer for change management and always up to date regarding management theories.
And privately? Jens is passionate about arts, sports and fashion and dedicated to his family.
