Franziska has gained an extensive professional experience during several long-term international stays in London and Munich.
She has developed her expertise in process optimization in different industries and company structures during her four-year long consulting activity in Germany. She has worked for market leaders in the manufacturing industry, public administrations as well as hidden champions in the metal processing, telecommunications- and construction industry.
Her strength as a project leader is that she combines her work with shop floor workers and experts with her focus on the business interests of the management teams.
With her excellent analytical mind, she is able to quickly understand new structures and to work with complex situations. She continuously involves all process participants in developing sustainable solutions and ensuring a successful project realization.
