Carment Hartmann has been working for more than 12 years in process optimisation and digitalisation. She began developing her technical skills at 12, when she started programing in the computer club and working on projects.
She combines technical and domain expertise for CRM systems, cloud solutions, Blockchain, Scrum and business process optimisation.
Carmen has worked in different industrys and thus understands applying methods interdisciplinary. She is excellent in leading a team and uniting different personalities around a common project goal.
