The more than 15 years of experience in wholsales, retail, real estate as well as logistics- and transportation services have helped Maria develop comprehensive communication skills as well as solution-oriented thinking, which she expertly deploys in her professional work.
Through experience she has learned that the human element plays a critical role in achieving sustainable results. Involving employees both in operational but also in decision processes leads always to succesful projects.
In the seven years she worked as quality manager, she focused on the introduction, realization and administration of quality processes as well as training and coaching the employees.
Maria is a passionate baker and interior designer, which those close to her find enjoyable as well.
