Short CV:

After completing her bachelor's degree in business administration and in parallel to her master's degree, Diana started as a back-office employee in the UniCredit Group. There she gained experience in different payment departments. After 6 years, he obtained his certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and then Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has led local and international process optimization in this area.
Furthermore, she has experience in IT projects (implementing & testing new functions in existing systems, implementing new IT systems, digitalization & automation) as well as outsourcing and nearshoring projects - she has either led or participated in these.
Diana moved to the pharmaceutical industry where she was responsible for process analysis and optimization using Lean & Six Sigma methodology; problem solving; implementation of various Lean elements in the production area; workshop facilitation / workshop leading, training & coaching.
Diana has always worked closely with the process stakeholders on her projects, as they know the problems best and usually have the best ideas to optimize the processes. She provides them with the platform and tools to be heard.
In her private life, she enjoys traveling, going to concerts, or cooking and baking for friends and work colleagues.
